Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 turns out to be thicker and heavier than what the company officially announced at the launch event

On 14 August 2023, the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 made its debut. As it turned out, the company embellished in some points. This concerns the dimensions and weight.

Here's What We Know

Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 is available with glass and carbon fibre covers. The first version weighs 259 g, and the second - 255 g. As it turned out, the real weight of the smartphone was 267.4 g and 264.3 g respectively, which is even a couple of grams more compared to the MIX Fold 2 (262 g).

The discrepancies don't end there. The smartphone turns out to be slightly thicker than what Xiaomi claimed at the launch event earlier this week. To be more precise, 0.04 mm in unfolded form and immediately by 0.28 mm in folded form.

The Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 has already gone on sale. The smartphone was priced at a minimum of $1240. Today we learnt that officially buy the novelty will be available exclusively in China.
