Xiaomi has revealed the possibilities of sharing Redmi K70 smartphones and Redmi Book 2024 laptops with HyperOS

A few weeks ago, Xiaomi announced the HyperOS operating system. In laptops, however, it appeared as a separate feature called HyperOS Connect. The head of the Redmi brand and vice president of Xiaomi Group revealed the possibilities of using laptops and smartphones together.

The day before, Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi K70 series of smartphones, which included four models (1, 2, 3, 4), and a pair of Redmi Book 2024 laptops (1, 2). Thanks to HyperOS Connect, the devices can share files quickly, but that's not the only plus.

The user can launch the camera in the smartphone from the laptop and use it for video calling. In addition, phone calls can be made from the laptop and wireless headphone settings can be changed. If necessary, you can connect a computer mouse and keyboard to the smartphone.

Recall that Xiaomi also announced a smartwatch Redmi Watch 4 and wireless headphones Redmi Buds 5 Pro. They were priced at $70 and $55 / $70 respectively.
