Battlefield 2042 developers have announced Season 6 of the shooter and talked about the Redux event, which will repeat content from the last three seasons and introduce a new progression system

The developers of the Battlefield 2042 online shooter have released a video in which they talked about further plans for the development of the game.

Here's What We Know

Developers from the studio DICE reported that in October in the shooter will start the Season 6, but its details are not disclosed yet.

Before that, the game will host a temporary event called Redux, in which it is planned to repeat the events from the last three seasons. They will replace each other every week.

In addition, Battlefield 2042 will change the progression system: players will gain more experience, as well as the game will appear special tokens, which are necessary to get special rewards.

Battlefield 2042 Redux event will start on the 29th of August and will last for six weeks.
