Paradox Interactive publisher released a trailer of Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 role-playing game, which should be considered as announcing one, because, judging by the presented shots, new developers decided to completely abandon most of the ideas of their predecessors from Hardsuit Labs studio.

Here's What We Know

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is now developed by British studio The Chinese Room - the author of the famous games Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Everybody's Gone to the Rapture.

Bloodlines 2 is our most ambitious project yet. Fans of the franchise are eagerly awaiting the game and we are ready to take on this challenge. We're putting over 15 years of our experience into the project and creating a game that combines careful respect for the legacy of its predecessor with bringing the gameplay into actual modernity.

It's hard to say anything concrete about the game itself, as the trailer consists mostly of cinematic scenes, but Bloodlines 2 looks atmospheric and dark, as it is supposed to be a continuation of the cult vampire RPG.

When We Can Expect It

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 is scheduled for release in autumn 2024 on PC (EGS, Steam, GOG), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

On some platforms, the game can already be added to your wishlist.
