A new card game The Witcher Path of Destiny from the creators of the popular board game The Witcher: The Old World has been unveiled

We recently reported that R. Talsorian Games announced that they have suspended work on the development of a tabletop RPG based on The Witcher universe. This was due to creative differences with CD Projekt RED, which doesn't want information about a new video game in the franchise to be revealed early.

But fans of board games should not be upset, because another equally interesting project from the creators of The Witcher: The Old World has been announced.

Here's What We Know

CD Projekt RED together with the company Go On Board presented a board card game The Witcher Path of Destiny.

This game offers to take the role of one of the iconic characters of The Witcher universe and go through the main events of its history from a new angle.

One game session lasts from 45 to 90 minutes, and from one to five people can take part in the party.

The Witcher Path of Destiny will come with maps, miniatures, a rulebook, a common playing field and individual tables and, of course, a beautiful box. The game will be available in five languages: Polish, English, German, Spanish and Italian.

Interested users can help the developers financially and support The Witcher Path of Destiny on the Gamefound crowdfunding platform.

The game will be available for pre-order on the 19th of October.
