The developers of Persona 3 Reload have announced that the game will not receive an updated re-release like Persona 5 Royal in the near future
Atlus, which is responsible for the development of Persona 3: Reload, has assured players that it has no plans to release an expanded version of the game in the near future, unlike the enhanced editions of Persona 4 Golden or Persona 5 Royal. Kazuhisa Wada, the production manager of Persona Team, spoke about this in a recent interview with GamerWK, emphasising that Persona 3 Reload provides a comprehensive experience without the prospect of future changes.
Here's What We Know
"Currently, we are not considering a revision like with Persona 5 to Persona 5 Royal, which involved significant changes and additions to the original title. Fans can rest assured knowing that Persona 3 Reload offers a complete experience"
Unlike Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 Royal, which introduced a significant amount of new content, Persona 3 Reload seems to be staying true to the original release. In particular, it lacks the features present in Persona 3 FES and Persona 3 Portable, such as the game epilogue and the ability to play as a female protagonist.
Where To Play
Persona 3 Reload is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows.
