Grinding Gear Games announces Necropolis location in Path of Exile, coming on March 29

Grinding Gear Games' Path of Exile is gearing up for its next expansion and Challenge League, which launches on 29 March. In Necropolis, players help Arimor contain the Spirits of Wraeclast by furthering his cause.

Here's What We Know

Armed with the Lantern of Arimor, players can detect and manipulate spirits, chasing monsters and earning rewards for exorcising them in Necropolis. In addition, exorcising members of the Eternal Empire brings new unique items, for a total of fourteen new unique items, five of which are exclusive to the Necropolis League.

Necropolis also introduces level 17 maps with new bosses, including the penultimate enemy for the most challenging encounters, as well as attractive rewards. Players can now access two additional Atlas passive skill trees and easily switch between them, eliminating the need for constant respawning. In addition, new transformed gems are available.
