Perhaps Pyramid Head will get more screen time: studio Bloober Team may expand the storyline and detail the history of the iconic monster from Silent Hill 2 in the remake of the horror film

The monster Pyramid Head, wearing a bloody apron and wielding a huge cleaver, became one of the most recognisable characters not only in Silent Hill 2, but also amongst horror games in general.

Although the 2001 game explains where Pyramidhead came from and what his purpose is, some questions were left unsolved. Perhaps the story of this monster will get a sequel.

Here's What We Know

Users of the network found on the site of Best Buy shop interesting information about Silent Hill 2 Remake, which is being handled by Polish studio Bloober Team.

On the game page it was stated that the remake will expand the storyline and the backstory of the appearance of Pyramidhead. In addition, the updated game will feature two new endings, modified puzzles, improved narrative and staging, and indicated that the game will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive for 12 months, with a later release on PC.

When We Can Expect It

Silent Hill 2 Remake is expected to release in 2024.

Previously, the voice actor of the game's main character announced the expected release date of the remake of the horror game, and recently Konami hinted that remakes of other parts of Silent Hill may be in development.
