Remedy Entertainment's co-operative shooter in the Control setting may be released as FBC: Firebreak
Remedy Entertainment studio does not hide its ambitious plans. Apart from the remake of two parts of Max Payne, a new part of Control, two story supplements for Alan Wake 2 and a shooter Kestrel, which previously appeared as Vanguard, the Finnish developers are working on a co-operative shooter in the Control setting.
At the moment the game based on the Control universe (and Alan Wake) is codenamed Project Condor, but the official name of the project may have been revealed.
Here's What We Know
In the European Union trade mark registry there was found an application for registration of a new trade mark FBC: Firebreak from Remedy Entertainment.
Everyone who is familiar with the games of this studio will easily recognise the meaning of the name: FBC stands for Federal Bureau of Control from Control, and Firebreak is the name of one of the sectors of the FBC headquarters, which contained paranormal creatures.
Probably, this is the location where the events of co-operative shooter FBC: Firebreak will take place, but, of course, this is just a theory, although it is quite reasonable.
