In autumn 2023, a satirical animated series Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix, which creatively and brutally mocks popular Ubisoft games, was released on Netflix. The project became a kind of continuation of the Blood Dragon concept - a standalone add-on for Far Cry 3.

Perhaps, the French developer decided to release a separate game based on the series.

Here's What We Know

The European classification agency PEGI has given an age rating to Captain Laserhawk: Niji Warrior. This unannounced game could be the next spin-off of the Far Cry series.

According to the description, Captain Laserhawk: Niji Warrior is an uncomplicated online shooter in which the one who kills the most opponents will win. The game is rated "12+" due to moderate violence and the presence of an in-game shop.

Additional details have yet to be revealed, but judging by the subtitle, the focus will be on the Niji 6 organisation, which includes cartoonishly colourful characters.

Since the existence of Captain Laserhawk: Niji Warrior is no longer a secret, it's possible that it will be announced soon. But the company usually unveils its games in the summer at Ubisoft Forward.
