It is known that Respawn Entertainment is developing several projects based on the Star Wars universe. According to insider information, one of these games will be a shooter about Mandalorian bounty hunter.

The American studio opened a vacancy for a senior user interface designer of the unnamed shooter, from which some information about the game became known.

From the description of the vacancy it became clear that it will be a first-person shooter, created on Unreal Engine 5 with the use of all the technologies that support the engine.

The main source of inspiration is the cult shooter Star Wars Dark Forces (1995), which, by the way, will be remastered at the end of February, and its sequel - Star Wars Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2.

The developers are trying to convey the best aspects of the famous games, enriching them with modern mechanics and features.

It is not known whether the Star Wars FPS is the same game about Mandalorians or gamers are waiting for two new shooters.

It's worth noting that Respawn studio works well with this genre: earlier they released two parts of Titanfall and super-popular Apex Legends network shooter, as well as participated in the creation of other famous games.
