The Stick of Truth and The Fractured but Whole, a set of two games in the South Park universe, costs $16 on Steam until September 11
Black humour, coverage of various topics, funny characters and strange events - all this describes the South Park animated series, which is not popular with everyone, but has already had its own influence on culture. In addition to the animated series, there are also good games that will appeal to South Park fans or allow new people to get acquainted with this madness. Steam is running a promotion where a set of two South Park games - The Stick of Truth and The Fractured but Whole - costs $16.
Here's What We Know
Each of the two games is an open-world RPG that follows the same animation style as the animated series. You create your character, you are introduced to the characters of South Park, and your adventure begins. The gameplay is based on turn-based battles. On your way, you will meet kids, aliens, cows, ninjas, and many other enemies. You use various objects (from sticks to stun guns) and magic, but it is so secret that it is better for you to find out about it yourself.
The Stick of Truth is tied to magic and the struggle between two races, and The Fractured but Whole is already based on a superhero theme. Both projects have been well received by critics and players alike (especially The Stick of Truth) and received an 8 on Metacritic.
And if you have only played one of the two parts, you can buy the other one separately. The Stick of Truth costs $8, and The Fractured but Whole costs $10.
