In just 10 days, the conditionally free-to-play mobile game Warcraft Rumble has brought Blizzard $5 million in revenue
In early November, the release of the conditionally free mobile game Warcraft Rumble took place.
Fans of the Warcraft universe met the project sceptically, but despite their criticism, the game found its audience and brings Blizzard a good income.
Here's What We Know
According to the statistics of the AppMagic service, since the release of the game - November 2 - Warcraft Rumble has been installed by more than two million users of mobile devices with iOS and Android.
Players have spent more than five million dollars on in-game purchases, on average it's $2.39 per player, and in the US this figure reaches $3.41.
It's likely that if Blizzard is able (and willing) to add interesting and regular content to the game, Warcraft Rumble will become a very profitable game and could equal other popular Activision Blizzard mobile projects like Candy Crush and Call of Duty: Mobile.
