Excitebike 64 will soon be added to the Nintendo Switch Online catalogue
The racing game Excitebike 64 will be included in the N64 games in the Nintendo Switch Online expansion pack. The game was originally developed by Left Field Productions and released by Nintendo in North America and Japan back in 2000. It is the second game in the series, a sequel to the original Excitebike on the NES, and the first in the series to be released in 3D.
Here's What We Know
On 30 August, Excitebike 64 will join the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack library. The developers describe the project as follows:
"Take on the extreme sport of motocross and try over a dozen thrilling tricks, including heel clickers, drops, and bunny hops!
Choose one of six different riders - each with their own unique style - and race through 20 stadium and outdoor tracks. You can also create your own tracks or compete with up to four other players."
Access to N64 games requires a subscription to the Switch Online expansion pack, which also allows you to play Game Boy Advance and Sega games, and costs $49.99 per year.
