Announcement of Glaciered, an underwater action game about a dinosaur on a frozen Earth
Asians like to make games by themselves. So Kei Shibuya of Snowblind is mostly making the action-adventure game Glaciered on his own, with just a few developers helping him out.
Events are set in the distant future - 65 million years in the future. As a result of the cataclysm Eternal Winter surface of the Earth is covered by glaciers, but life is still warm on the seabed.
Players will have to fight for existence as Tuai, a creature descended from birds and dinosaurs.
In battle, Tuai combines melee and ranged attacks with abilities - active and passive. For example, the creature is able to develop tremendous speed and grow crystal swords.
Graphics enhancements such as ray tracing, DLSS and 8K-textures will help to accentuate the beauty of the new Ice Age .
Glaciered will be available on Steam, but when is unknown.
