Eight parts of Yakuza will be included on PlayStation Plus

Sony quickly confirmed another leak about the giveaway in the base PlayStation Plus version and gave another piece of news: all the key parts of the Yakuza series will be included in the Plus. But not immediately and not to all subscribers.

The schedule turns out as follows:

• From August 2 to September 6 - Yakuza: Like a Dragon for PS+ basic plan owners.
• In August - Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami and Yakuza Kiwami 2 for Extra and Deluxe plan owners.
• In 2022 - Yakuza 3 Remastered, Yakuza 4 Remastered, Yakuza 5 Remastered and Yakuza 6: The Song of Life for Extra and Deluxe plan owners.
• Obviously, the games will be available on both PS4 and PS5.

So Extra and Lux subscribers can go through the entire Yakuza saga of Kira, the main character of the first seven series. And Basic plan subscribers are able to jump straight into Yakuza: Like a Dragon - the freshest game in the franchise, which is still a soft reboot with an entirely new protagonist.

An interesting aspect: the same eight Yakuza games are also available on Game Pass, but there the game catalog is available to all subscribers.
