Over a million people have played Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels

Like Forza Horizon 5 itself, the Hot Wheels add-on is in demand. The Network noted that the number of active players in the DLC exceeded a million.

At the beginning of June the number of users of Forza Horizon 5 reached 20 million. However, the main game since the release date is included in the Game Pass, and Hot Wheels is not included in the subscription - the expansion must be purchased.

The expansion was released a few weeks ago, on July 19.

Recall, Hot Wheels adds content based on the namesake brand of toy cars, including 10 cars and more than 80 elements of the track.

Critics praised Hot Wheels (84/100 on OpenCritic), but many gamers were dissatisfied with the novelty (55% positive reviews on Steam). To sum up the impression, there is enough interesting content, but it is overshadowed by technical problems and the fact that Forza Horizon 3 already had DLC.
