Nextgen-grass and female referees: a new trailer of the soccer simulator FIFA 23

Electronic Arts published a new FIFA 23 trailer on their YouTube channel. In this video the developers show in details the improved visual effects and different technical innovations that make the last FIFA game to become the most technological and exciting part of franchise.

One of the main features of the new soccer simulator is very realistic pitch. Game designers put a lot of efforts to make the grass on the field of play look more alive and beautiful. In FIFA 23 the grass cover will be physically correctly crumpled under the players' feet, so gamers will see the footprints of every step and fall of virtual players.

In FIFA 23 the developers also improved the shadow display, increased the number of fans in the stands of stadiums, introduced cinematic inserts before the matches start. The game will have female referees, extended gaming statistics and a lot of other interesting elements.

FIFA 23 will be released on September 30 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Google Stadia and PC.

Recall that a few months ago, Electronic Arts and the International Football Federation (FIFA) announced the end of a multi-year partnership. Subsequent soccer simulators from EA will be released under the name EA SPORTS FC.
