Disney and Marvel will jointly present a new game from the Uncharted screenwriter

Media companies Disney and Marvel announced their first joint video game presentation. It will take place during the D23 Expo 2022.

The Disney & Marvel Games Showcase will feature projects from Disney & Pixar Games, Marvel Games, Lucasfilm Games and 20th Century Games.

The highlight will be the official announcement of a new game from acclaimed screenwriter Amy Hennig, who founded Skydance New Media Studios. Amy Hennig is known as the writer of three parts of Uncharted. It is not yet known what game she will be presenting at Disney & Marvel Games Showcase. It will probably be a game based on the Fantastic Four or Ant-Man comics. In addition, Amy Hennig has previously stated that she is working with Lucasfilm Games on a game based on the Star Wars universe (Star Wars).

On the evening of September 9, 2022, viewers will find out exactly which game Amy Hennig is developing, and will also see projects from other studios as part of the Disney & Marvel Games Showcase presentation.

The showcase will be available to watch on the official Disney and Marvel channels on YouTube and Twitch.
