Youtuber j0nathan, who was the first to report the exact name of the new Assassin's Creed part, shared new information about Assassin's Creed Mirage.
Here's What We Know
- The game's action will unfold in one city, Baghdad, surrounded by desert landscapes, rivers, and oases;
- The areas of Baghdad are controlled by four ringleaders and the gamer will have to fight each of them;
- Assassin's Creed Mirage will feature many elements from the very first parts of the franchise, which the developers eventually abandoned. As examples, j0nathan cites knife-throwing and a greater emphasis on stealth;
- One of the main features of Mirage will be the crowds of people in the streets. In this regard, the game will be similar to Assassin's Creed Unity;
- important enemies' kills will be shown in slow motion, as it was in the classic installments;
- Mirage will also feature new acrobatic abilities that will help the hero to move around Baghdad quickly and safely;
- The protagonist, as it was previously announced, will be a young assassin Basim from Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
Assassin's Creed Mirage will be released in April-June, 2023.
The official information about the game will be announced at Ubisoft Forward, which will take place on the evening of September 10.
