There are never too many Assassins! According to an insider Ubisoft is developing five new Assassin's Creed games at once
On September 10, Ubisoft Forward presentation will take place. The official presentation of Assassin's Creed Mirage is also announced among the shows. However, as it became known, this is not all the announcements from the French publisher.
According to the article of insider Tom Henderson, Ubisoft is currently working on five new games in Assassin's Creed franchise.
Here's What Games Are Waiting For Assassin's Creed Fans:
- Assassin's Creed Mirage, an already announced game about Basim in a Middle Eastern setting;
- Assassin's Creed Project Red - long-awaited game set in feudal Japan. Probably the main character will be a girl-samurai;
- Assassin's Creed Project Hexe - Tom Henderson mentioned it as the darkest game of the series. The events of Project Hexe will take place in 16th century Europe at the height of the witch-hunt;
- Assassin's Creed Project Jade is a game for mobile devices, the events of the game will take place in China;
- Assassin's Creed Project Nexus is a project for VR devices.
In addition, according to Henderson, at Ubisoft Forward the developers will announce the final add-on for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla.
The insider also said that Project Red and Project Hexe will be a part of a massive Assassin's Creed: Infinity game-service.
To celebrate the 15th anniversary of Assassin's Creed series, Ubisoft released a new video with live actors. The video contains references to all the main parts of the franchise.
