According to Axios, Ubisoft co-founder and CEO Yves Guillemot announced not the most pleasant news for gamers. The French publisher is raising the price of its new major projects to $70.
The first game with such a price will be the pirate multiplayer action Skull and Bones. It will cost $70 on modern consoles and the PC version will cost $60.
Smaller projects, such as Assassin's Creed Mirage, for example, will cost $50.
It is worth noting that this pricing policy is followed by many publishers, and Ubisoft only adapts to modern realities.
