Japanese Mafia is immortal! A sequel to the famous Yakuza series has been announced, subtitled Like a Dragon 8

SEGA has announced a sequel to the Yakuza series. The new game will be subtitled Like a Dragon 8 and will be both a continuation of the main Yakuza series and Yakuza Like a Dragon 2020 game.

In the debut trailer we unexpectedly see the main protagonist of the previous part - Ichiban Kasuga, and the main franchise protagonist - the visibly grayed Kazuma Kiryu. It's possible, that the heroes will team up to achieve their own goals, but the developers didn't want to reveal the plot and other details about the game.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon 8 game is going to be released in 2024 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
