Elden Ring named Best Game at the Japan Game Awards 2022

During the Tokyo Game Show, the annual Japan Game Awards were held, and FromSoftware's Elden Ring was a well-deserved triumph.

In addition to Elden Ring, the Japan Game Awards 2022 top ten games according to the jury included the following projects:

• Ghostwire: Tokyo;
• Sky: Children of the Light;
• Tales of Arise;
• Resident Evil Village;
• Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker;
• Kirby and the Forgotten Land;
• Pokémon Legends: Arceus;
• Horizon Forbidden West;
• Lost Judgment.

The winners in the prestigious Japan Game Awards 2022 were:

• Game of the Year - Elden Ring;
• Best Game Design - Inscryption;
• Best Sales - Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl;
• Global Award for Japanese Product - Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl;
• Global Award for Foreign Product - Call of Duty: Vanguard.
