Netflix has had great success as a streaming service, and now it is trying to break into the "big leagues" of the game industry. Netflix already has several studios at its disposal, and today the company announced the opening of another division.

Here's What We Know

Netflix's first three studios (Night School, Next Games and Boss Fight Entertainment) were bought from other publishers, and now the holding company has created its own game studio, which is based in Helsinki.

The head of the division appointed Marko Lastikka, who previously worked at Zynga and Electronic Arts.

It is reported that the new team will create large projects without elements that annoy modern players (ads, microtransactions, Lootboxes).

Developers are warning that the debut game will have to wait a long time.
