Cast your vote for the best! Online voting for the annual Golden Joystick Awards has started

Beginning Oct. 8, everyone can vote for their favorite games and companies in the annual Golden Joystick Awards.

Voting is open through Nov. 4 in 18 categories featuring the best projects from late 2021 through November 2022:

• Best Sound
• Best narrative
• Best game community
• Best add-on
• Best iron
• Best Indie
• Best Multiplayer
• Best visual design
• Most anticipated game
• Nintendo Game of the Year
• PC Game of the Year
• PlayStation Game of the Year
• Xbox Game of the Year
• Best Supported Game
• Studio of the Year
• Best Early Access Game
• Best Game Trailer.

After the main voting ends, there will be separate elections for Best Game of the Year from Nov. 7-11.

The Golden Joystick Awards 2022 favorite is Elden Ring, with four nominations, while Horizon Forbidden West, Splatoon 3 and Final Fantasy XIV are mentioned three times. Winners will be announced on November 22 at the Golden Joystick Awards 2022.

Recall that the 2021 Golden Joystick Awards triumphant was Resident Evil Village, which took home four awards.
