The reviewers also praise the storyline, and they find it especially interesting the way the game designers portrayed the relations of the four protagonists, who have to take up his duties after Batman's death.
The cooperative mode was also praised. The game really gives much more experience in a joint playthrough.
Among the negative sides: Journalists did not agree on the combat system of Gotham Knights: some liked it, while others found it mediocre. There were not without technical problems, which spoil the overall picture of the game.
