Few gaming magazines were as beloved as Nintendo Power in its day. In the NES era, it offered Nintendo fans the chance to see news about upcoming games, or view detailed maps and snippets of information, which became almost as enjoyable a ritual as playing them.

Here's What We Know

The magazine was discontinued in 2012, although it was revived five years later as a podcast. At one time, the magazine was an important source of information, reviews and various secrets of games, but the "shop closed". Despite this, fans are still nostalgic for that wonderful time and thanks to community projects and brave archivists, every issue of the legendary magazine has become available to everyone!

Yesterday, Gunball uploaded all 285 issues of Nintendo Power to Archive.org - they are unofficially available in .cbr format. The collection weighs a little over 40 gigabytes and was published thanks to the efforts of the Retromags community, which is dedicated to archiving classic video game magazines. This collection is a great way to dive back in time and get nostalgic while revisiting the history of gaming and media.
