5 million copies in a week! God of War: Ragnarok has become the fastest-selling PlayStation exclusive

Sony has announced that God of War: Ragnarok has become the fastest-selling PlayStation console exclusive. More than 5 million copies of the hit Sony Santa Monica game were sold in the first week!

Previous Sony Game Records:

• The Last of Us Part II: 4 million;
• Marvel's Spider-Man 3.3 million;
• God of War 2018 3.1 million.

Hermen Hulst, head of internal PlayStation studios, personally congratulated the developers of God of War: Ragnarok for such a high-profile success.
