We repeatedly heard the information that in 2023, instead of a full-fledged new part of the Call of Duty, Activision will release a major addition to the Modern Warfare II (2022).
Journalist Ralph Valve at the site whatifgaming reported that according to him, this DLC could be a separate story campaign about one of the main characters from many parts of the Call of Duty.
We are talking about Simon 'Ghost' Riley. It is alleged that the Infinity Ward studio is working on a project about this particular hero, but there is no exact information at the moment.
Insiders are confident that the new Call of Duty will be released in 2024. According to unconfirmed information it is being developed by studio Treyarch.
