Blizzard will simplify the process of getting heroes in Overwatch 2 - from Season 2
Ramattra, a new character of the "Tank" class, will be much easier to pick up than the previous hero Kiriko, as announced by Overwatch 2 game designer Aaron Keller on his Twitter. According to him, Blizzard will reduce the unlock level of the hero from 55 to 45.
Here's What We Know
Previously, Ovwewatch heroes were added to the game for free, but with the transition to the free-to-play distribution model, this practice has become impossible, so now they can be earned by completing combat pass tasks. Of course, you can just pay $10 and get a character without completing a bunch of tasks.
It seems that Blizzard is listening to fan feedback, as previously players complained that it was very difficult to get the character for free and then executive producer Jared Neuss said that the company will work on getting more prizes for free.
