Vampire Survivor will get its first addition next week

Developer Poncle presented the first expansion for Vampire Survivor Legacy of the Moonspell about a journey to an alternative universe inspired by feudal Japan. The DLC, which should be released later this month, will bring new characters, new monsters and more than a dozen new weapons to attack them with.

The description of the add-on on Steam is rather vague:

"In the eastern lands, a clan has fallen. The Moon Spell, once the vigilant guardians of a sorcerer's valley nestled in the mountains, have been overrun by hordes of yokai and oni. Though insidious, this hive of ghostly activity may provide some clue as to the vampire's whereabouts. If not, it will at least be fun to defeat thousands of wayward spirits in the process."

Vampire Survivors: Legacy of the Moonspell is due out on December 15 and will cost you $2.
