Fierce battles in a bamboo grove: new gameplay video of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty reveals the game's combat system
A 10-minute gameplay video for action-RPG Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty by Team Ninja appeared on the IGN YouTube channel.
Here's What We Know
The first thing that attracts attention, besides the huge bamboo bushes and Oriental flavor is the new game's similarity to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice by FromSoftware, although the developers claim to have been inspired by Dark Souls. First and foremost, this applies to the combat system. However, compared to Hidetaka Miyazaki's game, Wo Long offers gamers a large selection of weapons: swords, spears, clubs, bows, staffs.
A variety of enemies also looks interesting. For example, in the video the mighty monkeys and some creature that looks like echidna are shown.
When We Can Expect It
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will be released on March 3 on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. The game will be available to Game Pass subscribers on release day.
