Insider: Sony will be making game announcements from partners soon. It's probably about the new edition of State of Play

The Snitch insider, who announced just a month ago that he was changing his line of work and would no longer be leaking exclusive information, didn't last long.

On his Discord server, he left the following message:

"A reliable source has informed me that PlayStation will soon be making game announcements from partners."

The implication is that it will likely be a new edition of the State of Play show, announcing games for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 from third-party developers.

Considering how long it's been since a major Sony show, there's no doubt that it will indeed take place and there will be high-profile announcements. It will probably be at this presentation that the Metal Gear Solid remake will be announced.
