Reuters: European Commission will send an official objections and justify concerns over the deal with Activision Blizzard to Microsoft

Not only the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), but also European Union regulators have serious complaints about the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard.

Reuters news agency reports that the European Commission will send Microsoft executives a document in which to present official objections and justify the concerns about the deal with Activision Blizzard.

This document will greatly complicate the already multi-step procedure for the registration of the transaction, and when combined with objections from the FTC could even put an end to the merger of the two gaming giants.

Microsoft has not given up hope of buying Activision Blizzard and continues to cooperate with the world's regulatory commissions.
