Take-Two's financial report: GTA V and RDR 2 sales hit incredible numbers, but the company is suffering losses

Publisher Take-Two Interactive has published its financial report for the third (fiscal) quarter of 2023.

Here's What We Know

• Take-Two had revenues of $1.41 billion, up 56% on the same period last year;
• The company's losses corresponded to $153.6 million;
• GTA V sales reached the 175 million copies mark, with 5 million copies sold in the period;
• Total sales of GTA franchise games amounted to 395 million copies;
• Red Dead Redemption 2's circulation exceeded 50 million copies.

Take-Two expects to release 87 games by fiscal 2025.

Planned releases for 2023 include Kerbal Space Program 2 (February 24), WWE 2K23 (March 17), After Us (spring), a mobile version of GTA: The Trilogy, Marvel's Midnight Suns for PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch and Star Wars Hunters.
