Super Mario Bros. film to be released two days ahead of schedule
Although the premiere of The Super Mario Bros. is still scheduled for early April, the film will appear in cinemas a little earlier than expected.

Universal has announced on The Super Mario Bros. Twitter page that the release date in the US and 60 other regions (including China, France, the UK, Italy, Germany, and Mexico) has changed from Friday 7 April to Wednesday 5 April:
This is the latest change to the film's premiere date, but before 7 April, it was scheduled for 21 December 2022. It's not entirely clear why the project will be released a little earlier, but given the previous delays, Universal Illumination and Nintendo may just want to show the film to the audience as soon as possible.
