Riot Games has released the patch notes for Valorant 6.05. This is mainly bug and error fixes for the new Geeko agent.
Here's What We Know
Regarding the changes related to Geeko:
- Improved targeting of the Wingman skill, so you can now target "higher ground";
- Added several different audio variations to Mosh Pit explosions;
- Fixed the audio on Dizzy plasma blasts so you can now easily distinguish whether they are coming towards you or an ally;
- several visual effects improvements were made;
- fixed a bug that caused Wingman to not deal damage in melee;
- a bug that allowed players to avoid Mosh Pit damage by jumping from a crouch was fixed.
Other miscellaneous bugs were also addressed, and the "import" button in the crosshairs menu will no longer be greyed out if you have more than ten active crosshairs, with a maximum of fifteen remaining.
In terms of performance, Riot has added the "CPU Wait GPU Time" metric to the performance settings so that players can better track when their rendering machines are tied up in the stream. Additionally, the "Memory Used" performance metric will now update even when the "Total Memory" metric is turned off.
