Epic Games is still keeping silent about its mysterious Unreal Tournament 3 X project, whose page is still active on Steam, but the company itself does not say or announce anything about it.

Here's What We Know

Last December, Epic Games accidentally revealed an updated version of 2007's Unreal Tournament 3, which was supposed to be free on Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store and not to have in-game transactions. Apparently, work on the project has been going on at least since 2021, when information about it emerged during Epic Games' litigation with app stores.

For now, all the fans' hopes are directed to the Epic State of Unreal event, which will take place during the Game Developers Conference on 22 March at 18:15 EEC and will be broadcast on YouTube and Twitch.
