Awaceb spoke about the character's customisation in Tchia. Players will be able to search for different clothes, create their own boat, and have a film camera in their arsenal
There is not much time left before the release of Tchia, and the colourful game by Awaceb will be released on 21 March. Therefore, the developers decided to tell us how gamers will be able to customise the main character of the game - Tchia.
Here's What We Know
Exploring the world and completing story quests, players will receive items for Tchia, ranging from simple street clothes to traditional outfits inspired by New Caledonian culture. The game will also offer secret and rather strange outfits (for example, a crab costume). However, some of them can be bought in local shops.
You can move around the game world using a boat, and it can also be customised. Sails, flags, a wooden base - whatever you want.
The heroine will also have a film camera. You can choose filters, a lens, and even install a tripod with a timer. You will also have to develop the film to see your pictures.
When We Can Expect It
Tchia will be released on March 21 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. The game will be immediately included in the PlayStation Plus Extra collection.
Flashback
Tchia is a 3-person open-world game. One day, the girl Chia sets out to save her father from the cruel tyrant Meavora, who rules a tropical island. The prototype island is New Caledonia, located in the Pacific Ocean. And it is here that all the events of the game will unfold. The world of Tchia is a sandbox, which means that you can do anything and go wherever you want. The heroine can climb rocks and trees, swim, drive a boat and play the ukulele. A special feature of the game is the ability to transform into animals or objects. This will help to travel around the island, discover new places and fight against Meavora's soldiers.
