The remake of Resident Evil 4 will be released on 24 March, and critics have already published their first reviews. The game received 93 points out of 100 on Metacritic and was included in the "must-play" list.

Here's What We Know

Most journalists were satisfied with the game. They note that the developers have managed to update the project, and what was once considered the pinnacle of survival horror has been made even better. They also expect "interesting" changes that will help even those who have repeatedly played the original to enjoy it.

The combat system has been improved with smoother controls, more aggressive enemy behaviour, and, most importantly, a new knife mechanic. And additional quests encourage players to take risks for rewards and explore the atmospheric world of the game.

On another aggregator, Opencritic, Resident Evil 4 received 92 points out of 100, and 96% of critics recommend the game.

All in all, Resident Evil 4 Remake is a game that will be enjoyed by both fans of the series and new players.
