The developers of Gothic Remake have given a tentative entry date for the game and shared some interesting news about the project

The game designers from the studio Alkimia Interactive gave an extensive interview to the German portal DerStandard, in which they shared important details about the remake of the cult RPG Gothic.
Here's What We Know
Let's start with the main thing, the developers have reported an approximate release date for the updated game: 2024. They are not ready to disclose the exact date, but plan to release the game as soon as possible, without losing the quality.
In addition, some other details about the remake have been revealed:
- The open world in the updated game will be 15-20% bigger;
- the developers will add new quests and activities;
- each of the three factions will have unique quests, which were not present in the original game;
- many elements from the 2019 demo will be redesigned in response to player criticism;
- the opening quest chain will also be completely overhauled;
- the Gothic remake will feature songs from the original game as well as new tunes;
- the game menu will have a modern look.
Gothic Remake will be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
