Development on Blizzard's fantasy survival simulator is almost complete. A reputable insider has shared new details about Project Odyssey

A fantasy survival simulation of Blizzard's new franchise was announced in January 2022 and since then there has been little information about the game.

It was supposed to be a long time before the game's release, but insider Jez Corden revealed during The Xbox Two podcast that development of Project Odyssey is almost complete.

According to Corden, Project Odyssey will work fine on all platforms, as the developers are not tasked with creating a super-tech game. Instead, they opted to limit themselves to a colourful stylisation reminiscent of Overwatch.

Jez Corden mentioned that the word "Odyssey" is likely to remain in the game's title.
