Lineage next generation? Korean developers unveil colourful and detailed trailer for new MMORPG Chrono Odyssey

South Korean publisher Npixel has released an impressive gameplay trailer for the new multiplayer RPG Chrono Odyssey.

Here's What We Know

Chrono Odyssey is a MMORPG in a dystopian fantasy setting with an elaborate combat system and a variety of classes.
According to the trailer, players can choose between different heroes, including a warrior, wizard, archer, or, for example, a gunfighter. Chrono Odyssey's combat system seems to have a lot in common with FromSoftware games, particularly Dark Souls and Elden Ring, but we'll know for sure after more detailed footage.

In Chrono Odyssey we'll be able to manipulate the flow of time, thanks to the Chronotector, but how it will be implemented in the game and what it will be used for - still not clear.

The game is notable for its excellent graphics combined with good detail, as it is created on the Unreal Engine 5 engine. All the characters and objects in the trailer look high quality and realistic.

When We Can Expect It

The Chrono Odyssey release date is still unknown. The game will be available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
