Don't encourage cyberterrorism! The developers of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl responded to the leaked early version of the shooter and urged gamers to ignore the leaked materials by Russian hackers
As you know, Russian hackers have long terrorised Ukrainian studio GSC Game World, the developer of the cult S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game.
Here's What We Know
First, a group of Russian hackers made petty leaks, then threats, then blackmail, and two days ago they uploaded an early version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. to the open access. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
On this occasion, the developers appealed to the gaming community not to download the leaked alpha version, not to support cyber-terrorism and not to spoil our own impression of the hotly anticipated game. The leaked build reflects neither the quality, nor the gameplay, nor the mechanics of the final version of the game.
Ignore the Russian terrorists and wait for the official release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, which is expected later this year.
