Diablo IV producer: Two major expansions are in the pipeline and the first seasonal update is being finalised
On the eve of the full release of Diablo IV, the game's producer Rod Fergusson has shared information about the long-awaited action-RPG's post-launch support on the new Kinda Funny Games podcast.
Here's What We Know
According to Fergusson, the development team at Blizzard plans to provide the game with high-quality new content for years to come.
Two major add-ons are in the works for Diablo IV, and moreover, the first game's seasonal update is being completed, and the production of the second game has already started.
The producer stressed that the seasons will be changed every quarter, allowing developers and without a rush to release new content, and players will not be bored with frequent updates.
Fergusson feels that Diablo III creators haven't paid enough attention to post-player support, and he says that the new installment will fix that shortcoming. The new seasons will bring global changes and offer gamers a lot more unique content.
