Bethesda has announced the first major addition to Hi-Fi Rush, due out next month

At Games Showcase Extended, Tango Gameworks has announced the first major expansion for the highly acclaimed rhythm action game Hi-Fi Rush.

Here's What We Know

The DLC will be called Arcade Challenge! Update! and will add two new modes to the game:

• In BPM RUSH, players will have to battle waves of opponents under increasing numbers of beats per minute. The further away, the higher the speed - up to 200;
• in Power Up! Tower Up! players will have to climb a tower, gaining positive and negative effects between battles. The former give bonuses in battle but reduce the point multiplier, while the latter give more points but are harder to fight.

There will also be plenty of new content coming to Hi-Fi Rush, including special attacks, challenges, cosmetic items, Photo Mode enhancements and more.

When We Can Expect It

The Arcade Challenge! Update! will be released on July 5.
