Skull and Bones is going down! Insider reports that beta testing of long-suffering pirate action game on consoles has been cancelled
Ubisoft has not abandoned its attempts to bring the long-suffering action game Skull and Bones to release.
On June 12 at the Ubisoft Forward show, the developers announced a closed beta test for the game, which was to take place on PC and consoles from August 25 to 28. And as it turns out, Skull and Bones is in trouble again.
Here's What We Know
Authoritative insider and journalist Tom Henderson has revealed in a piece on Insider Gaming that the beta testing will not take place on consoles. According to the game's testers, 19 out of 20 people have left the Discord server, refusing to take part in the testing. According to the testers, Skull and Bones didn't catch their attention.
Indirect proof of Henderson's message, is the fact that Ubisoft's website now indicates that Skull and Bones will only be tested on PC.
