The authors of Total War: Pharaoh have published the first development diary, sharing important and interesting details about the new strategy
Creative Assembly Studios has released the first issue of its development diary for the historical strategy game Total War: Pharaoh.
Here's What We Know
In the video the developers told about many interesting features of the game.
For example, in the new Total War game we will be able to build the outposts. There will be seven different variants and they will help players in important situations. Moreover the developers also mention, that thoughtful choice of outposts and their successful combination is necessary for the effective Total War: Pharaoh game's passing.
Game designers say that in the strategy about ancient Egypt, players will see an advanced and technologically advanced animation in battles that will depend on specific types of weapons and several other factors. Thanks to this, battles will look as realistic, spectacular and brutal as possible.
The siege system of buildings will also be significantly changed. To successfully capture the fortifications you must now meet several conditions, each of which has an immediate impact on the siege. Siege ladders are no longer provided automatically; you must prepare them before the battle starts.
As you progress through Total War: Pharaoh, the leader of each faction will improve their skills and characteristics, the main ones being power, toughness and bravery.
When We Can Expect It
Total War: Pharaoh will be released in October 2023 on PC (Steam and EGS).
