Hearings continue in the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) case against the Microsoft and Activision Blizzard merger.

A lot of interesting information has already been brought to the public's attention.

In an attempt to convince the court of the sincerity and honesty of Microsoft's intentions not to make Call of Duty exclusive to its own platforms, the head of Xbox Phil Spencer made a loud statement.

Here's What We Know

The head of the US corporation's gaming division has sworn under oath that Call of Duty games will continue to be released on the PlayStation.

I'll even raise my hand. I'll do whatever is required of me. We don't have some kind of secret plan. Standing here, I'm making a commitment not to cancel the release of Call of Duty on the PlayStation. Obviously, Sony must allow us to continue releasing games on their platform. If that doesn't change, I promise that we will continue to release future Call of Duty games on Sony's PlayStation 5.
